Allows you to toggle Wifi Hotspot in Android Oreo via a web link
(1) If none of the below makes any sense, you probably do not need this app.
(2) I have a Google Pixel phone. I wrote this app 'for me' to fix 'my problem'. It looks (by the reviews I get & crash reports I have) that SAMSUNG devices really don't like it. So, If you run-on-Samsung this app is probably not going to help (* see at end)
This app was written for one reason, as a fix for the Trigger app: Trigger's wifi hotspot toggle function did not work on my Pixel XL running Oreo.
With this app installed you (well...I) can control wifi hot-spotting on Oreo by opening a link to 'wifihotspot://turnon' or 'wifihotspot://turnoff'
...if you already have the app installed those two weird-looking links might actually work!
Thought it might potentially be useful in other third-party apps where Oreo broke the hot-spotting, so I thought I'd stick it on Google Play.

(* A fix for samsung devices has been put on github repo but you would need to compile and install yourself).
